The staff at the hotel were very helpful and decent, answering every question I had. The location is convenient and unbeatable, very close to many eateries and a shopping center in Cherry Creek.

The room was filthy. Stains on the carpet, mildew on tile in shower, bathroom floors unsanitary. Light bulbs missing in lamps. Air conditioner not working properly, started making a loud noise at 3 A.M. Had to shut the air off for fear it would start on fire. Couldn't wait to check out. Shuttle to restaurant reeked of smoke as well as the driver. Would not recommend this hotel.

Hotel is close to downtown and Cherry Creek shopping center. Hotel has shuttle bus going to shopping mall.

There is no airporter from hotel. Supershuttle hired went around entire downtown to drop off people before letting me off at this hi hotel. It took 1.5 hours from den airport to hotel the first night.

The location is excellent, within walking distance to the Botanical Gardens, the riverside, shops, and dining options. The breakfast is reasonably priced, delicious, and offers a wide variety of dishes. The pool is fantastic, and the staff is incredibly friendly and courteous.

Lounge made us move for a large crowd while at dinner. They should have made special prior arrangements for them.

Water heater was down on last day of stay. No hot water.

I was upgraded to a good-sized room with a view. The staff were exceptionally nice and consistently courteous throughout the property. The breakfast was reasonably priced and hot, with great meals.

The Staff was excellent, we were upgraded by the staff to a better room because the room we had booked didn't have a great view.

Restaurant was under construction which was not advertised when I booked. Door to the pool was non-operational. TV remote was missing. Refrigerator was falling apart.

Excellent value, very fancy 4-star hotel. Outstandingly accommodating staff. Modern and brand-new rooms on level 8. Plenty of food at the breakfast, including fruit, eggs, bacon, and hot waffles. Secure area, central location not far from restaurants and stores. Walking distance to South Colorado Boulevard.

Located right by the creek, which is pretty cool. The staff here are super friendly and respectful, and the services offered are top-notch. 👌

Location: the hotel was near to many restaurants and grocery stores and malls and restaurants. I had quick bite at Cafe Rio, it was nearby.
